Refunds and Cancellations

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to Daily Story at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • Cancellations can be processed through your account dashboard
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period
  • No charges will be applied for future billing periods after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of initial subscription

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial subscription periods (monthly or annual)
  • Services already consumed or used
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless due to technical issues)
  • Third-party services or integrations purchased through Daily Story

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp
  2. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
  3. Include transaction details or payment reference number
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

6. Subscription Modifications

If you wish to modify your subscription plan (upgrade or downgrade), you can do so at any time. The changes will take effect from the next billing cycle. Pro-rated refunds are not available for plan modifications.

7. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund. All outstanding payments must be settled before account closure.
